(A) MUSLIM JULOOS COMMITTEE, Established in the year 1946 to carried out cultural (Juloos Arrangements) and Religious (Arabi Madrasa) programmes, among Muslim Community.

(B)The Institution Registered under BPT ACT 1950 on 22/07/1953 with main objects to Celebrate Hazrat Paigamber Mohammed (S.A.S) Birthday and such other religious festivals.

(C)High school Education section, to promote education among the Muslim Community, Started in Urdu Medium During the year 1960-61.

(Religious & Linguistic Minority Institution)

Formerly this Institution was established and Started it’s Functioning from 23/08/1946 by The name “MUSLIM JULOOS COMMITTEE, SANGLI”. The basic objects of this Institution was to organize cultural Programs like Common Juloos on the Birth occasion of Hazrat Paigambar Mohammad (S.A.S) and following with the educational program to distribute free books, note books and other essential educational materials to poor & deserving student among Muslims. Arabi Madrasa was also run by this Institution to provide Education of Quran, Hadis & Sharihya among all Muslim of the city.

By observing very need of General/ Secular education for the Muslim Community, the Founder Members of Management were decided & started the School Board Primary School 1st time in the year 1949-50.

Coming in force The Bombay Public Trust Act-1950, the Institution was get registered on 22/07/1953 by the name & Style of MUSLIM JULOOS COMMITTEE AND Madrasai Mohamadiya, Sangli with limited objects to celebrate the Birthday of Hazrat Paigamber Mohammed (S.A.S) and to organize Juloos and carrying out Arabi Madrasa for imparting Religious educations for Muslims.

This Institution has now completing 68 years of it’s services extending in the field of Religious activities as well as Education for Minority Muslims students.

Our founder President Late. Abdulsattar Rahimanbhai Bidiwale, belonging to a renowned business family, having good relations with Hon. Late. Vasantdada Patil & Shri. His Highness, Late. Chintamanraoji Patwardhan, had decides to provide & promote Muslim students with the higher education, then undertake to start high school at Peth Bhag building in Urdu Medium, on this foundation, present various educational faculties are carried out by next management till now.

In the year 1993, the Name & objects of this Institution is changed as MUSLIM EDUCATION COMMITTEE, SANGLI. As the major activities carried out by this Institution was related with secular and general education, and they required achieving benefits & reliefs available for Religious & Linguistic Minority Institution managed & established by Muslim Communities.
